These accredited courses are interactive and fun and contextualised to the classroom, playground and school trips. All certificates are valid for 3 years and prices are based on a maximum of 12 candidates per course.
Course Content Included:
Incident management providing a systematic approach to managing first aid incidents
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
Safe use of Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
Dealing with choking
Treatment for bleeding and shock
Common Injuries small cuts, grazes and bruises, minor burns and scalds, nosebleeds and small splinters
Major Injuries including broken bones, head, neck and spine injuries
Dealing with Asthma, Seizures and Anaphylaxis with training on use of adrenaline auto injectors
Record Keeping recording accidents, RIDDOR, First Aid Kits, and awareness of current regulations

This is a one day training course covering basic life support in the outdoor context. This is 8 hours of contextualised training and can be adapted to meet the needs of the environment you are operating in.
